Swedish record company established in 1956. The company was founded and owned by , and later run by his son Hans-Ove Regén. , and were merged into to mother company in 1960 and 1962 respectively. Eriksson and Regén sold the company in 1986, and it was active with other owners until 1990 when it went into liquidation.
Represented several major labels in Sweden, such as RCA, Telefunken (Teldec), Decca, London, Monument, Warner Bros., MCA, and others. Their own labels included , , and .
The company had branches in all of Scandinavia: in Norway and Denmark, and in Finland.
