U.S.-based label and production company [b]Impact Records[/b] was established in 1989 by Pop songwriter team [a=Carl Sturken] and [a=Evan Rogers].
Sturken and Rogers made waves in 1991 as part of the Dance Pop collective, Rythm Syndicate while their company, Impact Records, formed a partnership with MCA Records for about two years before folding completely.
