UK record company and record factory, branch of [l=Carl Lindström A.-G.] It pressed the label from its formation on 8 August 1923 until it was acquired by in 1927.
In 1931 merged with to become [l=Electric & Musical Industries Ltd.]. The company remained as an EMI subsidiary until it was absorbed into [l=The Gramophone Co. Ltd.] in June 1965.
