1974 The company purchased portions of the Scepter Records label
1976 Approximately Sept. the jazz label Catalyst Records was launched.
Billboard 9. Okt. 1976 mention, the company acquired it's own building in Los Angeles for promotional, special service and other tasks of the company. Nevertheless the Rahway address was used further on for some times, as there also was the plant of the company.
1980 After the Springboad bankruptcy, the rights were bought by Columbia Records, see Billboard 13. Sept. 1980 page 9
