[b]1968[/b] The company was formed in Brooklyn in Dec. with the execs Bernie Sparago as president and Ralph Stein as vice. (Billboard 14. Dez. 1968)
[b]1974[/b] The company purchased portions of the [l=Scepter Records] label
[b]1976[/b] Approximately Sept. the jazz label [l=Catalyst Records (3)] was launched.
Billboard 9. Okt. 1976 mention, the company acquired it's own building in Los Angeles for promotional, special service and other tasks of the company. Nevertheless the Rahway address was used further on for some times, as there also was the plant of the company.
