Trance Induction

Real Name: Tjeerd L.J. Verbeek

Utrecht-based Trance Induction is a project of former philosophy and artificial intelligence student Tjeerd Verbeek [1968], who left university for a career in dance music. Since 1990 Verbeek has been developing his own eclectic style - a blend of acidhouse, ambient, techno, world music, breakbeats and industrial new wave. From 1995 until 1998, Trance Induction did several club tours, combining live- and DJ performances. For these, Tjeerd was joined by DJ Zero One of [a=Random XS] fame.
Over the years Verbeek released several 12"es under different artist names, some of them collaborations with others.
