
Nygel Reiss
Real Name: Yuri Wesseling
Nygel Reiss, a.k.a. Yuri Wesseling, came to life July 26, 1972 in the Netherlands.
At the age of 4 he already began to experiment with music. Influenced by groups like New Order, Depeche Mode, Mantronix, Front 242, The Klinik and A Split Second. He started to work as light- and sound engineer at 16 and bought his first sampler. This job helped him to work his way into a famous Belgian discotheque as a light jockey. Meanwhile he build up his own studio. [a=Joyrider] was born and [l=Bonzai Records ] soon produced several hits. Nygel and [a=Dj Ghost] met, with some great projects as result. After [l=Under Pressure] he signed up with [l=Bellboy Records] and [l=N.E.W.S. ]. Among others some of his releases were mixed on compilations by [a=DJ Tiësto], [a=Seb Fontaine] and [a=Chris Cowie]. In 2006 he signed up up with [l=Ghoststyle].
