Erick Sermon

Erick Sermon was born on November 25, 1968, in Bay Shore, New York. He is a hip-hop artist and record producer, best known as one half of the duo [a=EPMD], alongside [a=Parrish Smith] aka [a=PMD]. Sermon has had a significant influence both as a performer and behind the scenes, producing for a wide range of artists including [a=Das EFX], [a=Redman], [a=Method Man], [a=LL Cool J], [a=SWV], [a=En Vogue], [a=Keith Murray], and [a=Jay-Z]. Beyond his work with EPMD and the [a=Hit Squad (2)] collective, he has maintained a solo career and remains active in music production. He has a daughter with [a=Gloria Rodriguez].
