Real Name: Caroline Buckley, Sally Herbert
British duo with vocalist Caroline Buckley and violinist/keyboardist Sally Herbert. Prior to Banderas, Buckley and Herbert had worked together as backing musicians in The Communards, and both would also later work with The Communards singer Jimmy Somerville. Their one album (UK No. 40), produced by Stephen Hague, includes collaborations from Somerville, guitarist Johnny Marr, and Bernard Sumner. Three singles were released from the album. "This Is Your Life" peaked at No. 16 and "She Sells" at No. 41 in the UK.
