[u]Until 1979[/u], his scribe is a hand-etched "S" or "S-H" or "S-I" or "S-I-H" (with [b]roman numeral I[/b]).

Occasionally, he only scribed a roman numeral " I "; in these cases, please credit as "Lacquer Cut By [Runout Etching I]".

Important note to distinguish his cuts from Karl Schick: when the hand-etched "S" appears with roman numeral II (e.g. S-II or S-H-II, etc.), please credit .
