Skinny Boys
Skinny Boys were a 1980s rap group from Bridgeport, Connecticut, consisting of brothers [a=Jay Harrison] aka "Superman Jay" and [a=Shaun Harrison] aka "Shockin'", along with their cousin [a=Jacque "Jock" Harrison], who provided beatboxing. Inspired by the [a=Fat Boys], they became known for their energetic style, hard-hitting beats, and Jock’s signature human beatbox skills. The group released several albums, including Weightless (1986) and Skinny & Proud (1987), earning a place in hip-hop history as pioneers of beatbox-driven rap.
