BRS (British Rhythm Services) formed during 1998 and are DJ Ben Vacara, Rob 'Twin' Evans and Mr Mulatto.

Ben Vacara ([a=Frank Situation]) & [a=Mr. Mulatto] still produce as BRS, collectively with like minded musicians. Also they produce as Nu Disco/Future Boogie collective [a=Situation (2)] also running their own imprint [l=Situationism]
