American music publisher (born in Bronx, New York), label owner (Quark Records) and dynamic and successful music industry veteran. Has worked with major such EMI, BMG/Sony, Universal and Warner Music and with Kid Rock, Roger Daltrey, Ron Wood, Charlie Watts, Deborah Gibson, Bobby Womack, Mike Shannon, Roger Sanchez, Blaze & many more. He was instrumental in several successful club labels, creating the first opportunities for many of today’s leading DJ/ producers & remixers. He was also an Adjunct Professor at New York University where he taught courses on the Music Industry, the Business of Music Publishing, Careers in the Music Business, and developing a Record Label.
