Acid House

A form of Chicago house music that emerged in the later 1980's that is mainly made using a
monophonic synthesizer called the Roland TB-303 Bass Line, together with the Roland TR-
606 Rhythm Composer drum machine. Differs from classic "Chicago" house in that it's very
hypnotic and repetitive, and usually contains sampled or dub vocals instead of a unique,
full vocal song.
