Mono and stereo versions have same number on back of sleeve (PLE/852) - the mono version has "PLE-852" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SPLE-852" on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve.
