2. 1987 reissue with clear plastic cover with one sided 12"x12" [url=https://www.discogs.com/it/The-Velvet-Underground-Screen-Test-Falling-In-Love-With-The-Falling-Spikes/release/4272154]red cardboard cover[/url], "Andy Warhol" stamped in green on the inner sleeve and two postcards.
3. [url=https://www.discogs.com/it/The-Falling-Spikes-Screen-Test-Falling-In-Love-With-The-Falling-Spikes/release/4272139]Black & white fold[/url] over sleeve with "Andy Warhol" stamped in green ink on lower left hand corner and on inner sleeve. It seems to be a numbered edition, some copies have a number stamped on back cover.
