AltMatte gatefold with dark blue texted white obi. Inside the gatefold is attached a 2-page insert with Japanese language liner notes and English lyrics to songs. Also there is an accompanying 8-page colour booklet, which is the same as the original US release.
"Live Dates" was recorded during the latter part of June, 1973 at the following venues; Croydon - Fairfield Hall, Newcastle - City Hall, Reading - University, Portsmouth - Guildhall.
