This is the March 1981 initial 1st release that comes with an obi that features the "Polydor Heavy Metal Campaign" enquête(questionnaire/survey) form on the backside that you could cut out and mail in before the end of April for a chance to be one of the 5000 lucky winners of a Rainbow "Metal" Sticker. Also comes with a 4 page insert with liner notes by Masa Itoh. The outer pages are parallel to the inner sleeve bags of foreign releases(medical equipment photos and lyrics).
