Disctronics (UK) Ltd was incorporated on the 25/09/1986 as a subsidiary of . In July 1987 Disctronics Limited purchased the facility at Southwater as its first UK based production plant, servicing Great Britain and Europe. Disctronics Manufacturing (UK) Ltd. also operated from the Southwater site.
