Successor company to Vital Distribution Ltd. since January 2008. Full legal name PIAS UK Limited (company number 02685907).
Trading as PIAS UK or PIAS (UK) Ltd.. Part of [PIAS] Entertainment Group and responsible for marketing and distribution in the UK.
A subdivision for marketing for smaller labels was launched in 2006 under the name of Integral.
Their distribution arm for digital marketing of smaller labels is called [PIAS] Digital (previously formed still under the Vital umbrella Vital-PIAS Digital in 2004).
