Clarion Record Company

Short-lived record company, founded by former [l=Lyraphone Company Of America] executive Jacques M. Kohner in 1921.

Between September 1921 and early 1922, the company released contemporary dance music on the [l=Clarion (7)] label. It also provided masters for the releases of other labels, such as [l=Cardinal (11)], [l=Cleartone Record], [l=Melva (3)], [l=Meteor (16)], [l=Phantasie Concert Record], and [l=Royal (23)].
