Spanish record company which was established around 1972 as a successor to Compañia Del Gramofono-Odeon, S.A.E., and later known as EMI Music Spain, S.A. - they distributed in Spain labels as La Voz De Su Amo, Odeon, Parlophone, Regal, EMI, Apple Records, United Artists Records, etc.
Also credited as EMI Odeon, S.A. Madrid (España).

Not to be confused with the Argentine records company EMI-Odeon S.A.I.C.
Released Serie Angel series with same logo that the French one.
