This was produced by several companies for the Chicago Mail Order Company. The first series was produced by the and pressed by the . These drew from the same master pool as that used to produce , , and related labels. Regal's successor, the , continued the label, which again drew from material. The label was mainly aimed at white rural buyers, although a smattering of current pop hits and race-records were also released, including several now-rare issues by .
