Spanish record company, sometimes credited as "Compañía del Gramófono-Odeon", "Cia. del Gramófono-Odeon, S.A.E." or "Gramofono-Odeon S.A.E." It was the result of the joint between "Odeon S.A.", represented by Transoceanic Trading Co., and Compañía Del Gramófono S.A.E. in 1933. Around 1971/1972 the company was renamed EMI-Odeon, S.A.
When manufacturing for other companies, sometimes just named C.G.O.S.A.E.
