Founded in 1983 by [a=Terry Shand (3)], Cliff Dane and Jon Beecher. The company was acquired by the American music distributor Alliance Entertainment in 1994, by 1999 the label ceased to be used, being replaced by [l=Castle Music] as it was absorbed into [l=Sanctuary Records Group Ltd.]
