Wavescape

Founded by Thomas P. Heckmann in December 1998 and based in Mainz, Wavescape is the successor to his previous label Trope Recordings. Specializing in hard and dark Techno, the label has acted mainly as a vehicle for Heckmann's own EBM-influenced productions under various pseudonyms. WS 1224 in the Wavscape catalog is a T-Shirt with the labels name and logo in silver print. In 2000 the sublabel Sub~Wave was started oriented around a more Tech-House style. Both Wavescape and Sub~Wave are distributed by Intergroove.
