Six Degrees is a music label that produces and markets recordings that explore world music, ambient, folk, contemporary classical, and pop music.
Originally distributed by [l=Island Records (US)], it went independent in 2000 after temporarily ceasing operations in 1998. In 2006, the label signed a distribution pact with Fontana Distribution, whose parent is the successor to the company that distributed it in its first incarnation.
