Formerly known as

Incorporated in 1951 by Vernon C, Bank, and one unnamed business partner; was appointed president and managing director in 1968 from former post of vice president of manufacturing. Construction of interstate highway I-94 forced the demolition of the pressing plant, and it is not known what became of the company after that. From the time Kay Bank ended and the demolition of the plant, the same matrices notation was continued, i.e. 8-XXXX and 9-XXXX.
