Publishing and production company founded by Charles Koppelman, Martin Bandier and Sam LeFrak in 1975. May also appear as "The Entertainment Co." or "The Entertainment Company Music Group" on releases. Koppelman and Bandier were co-presidents and Gary Klein was A&R Director and main producer. Production deals were struck with RCA and with Koppelman's prior employer CBS. The company was dissolved in 1985 when Koppelman and Bandier severed their partnership with real estate mogul LeFrak and started Entertainment Music Company and Entertainment Television Company.
