ARC, short for American Recording Company, was a boutique label set up by Bob Cavallo, Joseph Ruffalo and Maurice White, the mastermind behind Earth, Wind, and Fire. It was distributed by Columbia Records. ARC co-released all of that group’s recordings from the time it was set up until the mid-1980s, when EWF stopped recording.
