Records were produced by the for [l=The Lincoln Record Corporation] (249 West 34th Street, New York), a subsidiary. This was a budget priced label (initially 50 cents, then 35 cents). Following the merger of Cameo with [l=Pathé] in October, 1927, Lincoln began issuing Pathé material, some recorded as early as 1919. The label was discontinued after Cameo/Pathé merged with the to form the in July, 1929.
