37 Adventures

37 Adventures is an independent London-based record label and management company, dedicated to finding and developing new music and artists under a flexible, artist-friendly model.

Established in 2013, 37 Adventures was founded by Nick Worthington, former Head of A&R at XL Recordings & Founder of 679 Artists, 679 Recordings Ltd.. During that period, Nick signed and worked with artists such as The Streets, Basement Jaxx, Plan B, DFA 1979 and Marina & The Diamonds, amongst others.

He is joined at 37 Adventures by Alex Bean, Sahil Varma and Lauren Verge.

37 Adventures label now works with PIAS [Co-Op] and both management and label can be found tucked in a cosy office in the Strongrooms’ courtyard.
