SOUL - Sound Of Urban Listeners.

Record label started by Hank Shocklee and Bill Stephney in 1990 after Hank joined ranks with MCA Records. The label put out releases by Young Black Teenagers, Son Of Bazerk Featuring No Self Control And The Band, and the soundtrack album and several related singles from the motion picture "Juice". Stephney left in 1991 after business differences with Shocklee. The label dissolved after November 1993, when Shocklee left to form Shocklee Entertainment with his brother Keith Shocklee.
