Manufacturing and distribution company, established May 1988 and operating under this name until March 04, 1991.
After WEA International acquired , it merged the manufacturing activities with , forming TELDEC Record Service GmbH. The pressing plant in Nortorf, TELDEC Press GmbH was not part of the merger and remained a separate company.

The company was headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, while the manufacturing and printing divisions (called Record Service) were located in Alsdorf, near Aachen.

In November 1990 the renaming of the company to [l=Warner Music Manufacturing Europe] GmbH was decided, but was effective in March 05, 1991.
