Then it is credited from February 1991 as a label and distribution (with Time Warner as a record company) after the acquisition of Carrere by Warner.
Carrere boss Claude Carrere remained chairman of Carrere Music until his retirement in 1995, when Warner renamed Carrere Music to East West France.
