House label founded in 1994 by Roger Sanchez and his manager Marts Andrups.
Dean Rudland and his Acid Jazz label provided financial assistance and were original partners.
Andrups' death in 1995 forced Sanchez to move the label to New York where it launched with DEANY cat. nos.
Karen Gail Langjahr became co-director and secretary in January 1996.
Manufactured and distributed by Strictly Rhythm between 1998 and 1999.
Sanchez's successor label R-Senal was established in 1999.
