London-based record label, home over the years to Edwyn Collins and a number of ex-pat Irish bands including The Divine Comedy, The Frank and Walters, A House and The Harvest Ministers.
Also there was a short-lived US office. Existed in mid 90's, from 1995-1998. The office had two locations - the first & main one being in Hoboken NJ in the offices of Bar/None Records. The second one was on East 7th St in New York City's East Village between 1st & 2nd Avenues.
