NYC plating and processing company that started around Jan/Feb of 1949, also known as Mastercraft Record Plating, Inc. and Mastercraft Record Plating.

The company got its start by purchasing the old Decca plating plant on January 29, 1949. The plant was run by Al Osier, a chemical engineer, who had previously functioned in similar roles at World Plating, , and .

From 1948 to June1968, Philip A. Johann, Jr. was the GM and Sales Manager before joining as VP over Sales.

was President of the company while simultaneously holding the same position at , and . He did not own the company.

They were known to have provided plating & processing services for throughout at least their first 10 years as a label and to throughout the 1960's as well as into the early 1980's.

They filed for bankruptcy in June 1980 with Len Frank still as President, but were still in business as of August 1982.
