Sony Music Entertainment Chile Ltda.

Chilean record company of Sony Music, emerged from CBS Records Chile Ltda. in 1991. Their headquarters were located at Av. Suecia 2323, Providencia, Región Metropolitana de Santiago, and their pressing plant at Jorge Alessandri 365, La Reina, Región Metropolitana de Santiago. In 2005, with the Sony Music merger with BMG (BMG Chile S.A.), it became Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Chile) S.A.

When Sony Music returns to the old name after selling the stakes of BMG, Chilean operation of Sony Music uses a different type of corporation name, Sony Music Entertainment Chile S.A..
