CD manufacturing started in 1987, after installing a CD manufacturing line. The plant is often directly credited on releases as "Made in France by PDO" or "Made in France by Philips and Du Pont Optical". Unlike PDO plants in other regions, PDO, France credits appear on the CD label rather than being stamped in the hub (as with and ) or laser-etched in the matrix (as with ). The matrix usually also has "00 L7".
