Formed in 1974, [a=Led Zeppelin] negotiated an agreement with the label [l=Atlantic] for their new label idea. The label's 1st release (June 15th 1974) was from the band [a=Bad Company (3)] with their 1974 debut album [m=37445]. The company "Swan Song" ran until they ceased operations in October 1983. It was susequently rebooted in 2008 by [a=Jimmy Page] and all rights belong to him and [l=Atlantic].
