DeepBlue Records was formed in late '98 by artists and producers [a=Andy Bury] and [a=Rich Mowatt] (aka [a=Solarstone] amongst various other guises,) starting out initially as a 'springboard' for their own productions. Mowatt left the label in 2006 when Solarstone became his solo project.
