Greek record company formed by EMI's acquisition of Minos Matsas & Son Co. Ltd., Greece's leading independent record company in October 1990.
Since the acquisition of EMI by Universal Music, it is Universal Music's company in Greece. The Universal Music's previous branch in Greece was divested and now operated as Cobalt Music.

Chairman & CEO: Μάκης Μάτσας (October 1990 – 2003), then Κώστας Μπουρμάς (for a short period), then Μίλτος Καρατζάς and from 2004 onwards Margarita Matsa (Makis Matsas' daughter).
