Mid-Town Records BV

Mid-Town was founded in 1987 in a joint effort of Hans Tieleman and Rene Bakker to set a new standard for dance-oriented record stores

In 2011 Mid-Town B.V. sold all the rights of the music catalogue to Cloud 9 Music.

On the second of October 2012 Mid-Town Holding, Mid-Town Distribution and Mid-Town Records was declared bankrupt. The company with it's stock, labels logo's (but without the music catalogue) have been put on auction the same month. The company has not been auctioned in whole but each part such as the labels have been auctioned separately.
