Owned by Joe Talbot and Ronnie Yearwood and active through the late 1960s and early 1970s.
Sometimes appears as P.R.P. Inc.

Releases can be identified by the following matrix formats:
- PRP xxxx (until 1976, with some occasional releases pressed in the 80s).
The PRP matrix numbers always end in 1 or 2, these are side designators which should be included in the BaOI but not in LCCN.
