Independent New Zealand label formed in 1968 by Terence O'Neill-Joyce. It has released hundreds of Jazz, Classical, Pop, Rock, Folk, Country and Pacific albums on both it's own label and licensed labels. Sold to BMG NZ Ltd. in 1996, it was repurchased by Terence O'Neill-Joyce in 2001 for a fraction of what he was paid. Sold in 2007 to Roger Marbeck, although Terence O'Neill-Joyce kept much of the catalogue.
