Rough Trade B.V. was the Benelux distribution company for [l=Rough Trade]. It was an affiliate of [l=Rough Trade Records GmbH].
In 1996, along with the takeover of Rough Trade Records GmbH, Rough Trade BV also became part of the Zomba Music Group.
In 2002, after Zomba was sold to BMG, it was merged with Zomba Distribution GmbH and Pinnacle to form the "European Independent Distribution Pool" under the roof of BMG distributor arvato as "Rough Trade Arvato".
This company is not the same as [l=Rough Trade Distribution B.V.]
