Blues Interactions, Inc.

Blues Interactions, Inc. was a Tokyo-based company that was established in 1975 by Yasufumi Higurashi and Akira Kochi. The company was mainly known for the P-Vine Records label, that the company launched in 1976.
1991 was an important year in the history of the company. In that year, two new subsidiaries were established: Peter Music Co., Ltd., a music publisher and P-Vine Records, Inc. a marketing and distribution company for music releases.
Between 2005 and 2008 the company entered a partnership with Space Shower Networks, Inc. This partnership eventually led to a merger with P-Vine Records, Inc. and Substance Records Corp. to form Blues Interactions Corporation.
Blues Interactions Corporation became P-Vine, Inc. in 2011.
