Blues Interactions, Inc.

Blues Interactions, Inc. was a Tokyo-based company that was established in 1975 by [a=Yasufumi Higurashi] and [a=Akira Kochi]. The company was mainly known for the [l=P-Vine Records] label, that the company launched in 1976.
1991 was an important year in the history of the company. In that year, two new subsidiaries were established: Peter Music Co., Ltd., a music publisher and [l=P-Vine Records, Inc.] a marketing and distribution company for music releases.
Between 2005 and 2008 the company entered a partnership with Space Shower Networks, Inc. This partnership eventually led to a merger with P-Vine Records, Inc. and [l=Substance Records Corp.] to form Blues Interactions Corporation.
Blues Interactions Corporation became [l=P-Vine, Inc.] in 2011.
