A&M Mastering Studios

Mastering studio located in Los Angeles, California, USA. Can be identified with a stamped "trumpet" logo or "A&M MASTERING" in the runouts.

Formed in 1967 by [a=Bernie Grundman] as the mastering division of [l=A&M Studios]. Long-time former chief mastering engineer was [a=Dave Collins]. Engineers known to have worked here: [a=Arnie Acosta], [a=Frank DeLuna], [a=Andrew Garver], [a=Stewart Whitmore], [a=Patricia Sullivan] and [a=Alan Yoshida]. [a=Stephen Marcussen] operated briefly from A&M in 1999 awaiting the construction of his own facility.
