Universal Music LLC

Main Japanese branch of Universal Music Group.

Established as ポリグラム株式会社 or PolyGram Kabushiki Kaisha ([l=PolyGram K.K.]) in April 1990, then renamed ユニバーサル ミュージック株式会社 (Universal Music K.K.) in July 1999.
In January 2009, it merged into ユニバーサル ミュージック合同会社 ([b]Universal Music LLC[/b]), originally established in October 2008.
